Date: 11/10/2013
An automatic software update to our firewall, failed to install correctly this morning. This in turn corrupted some system files. This then stopped a number of websites working correctly with php related software. We had tried to do a partial system re-install, which did not solve the problem. We were then forced to re-install the operating system and re-install the last system backups from today. Then at 14:16 the hard disk / controller failed, so we had to replace these and re-install the hardware.
The server is now working correctly. We would like to apologies for any Inconvenience caused and Thank you your patience.
