Client Management System

Following on from our last announcement in September 2008, we have now launched our new online Client Management System (CMS).

All customers who currently hold an account with us should have received an email stating how to access their account. If you have not received this email please contact us, or if any information held on the CMS is wrong. Please remember to keep your details up to date, as these will be used to keep your domain names up to date.

NOTE: All information shown within the CMS database is 100% encrypted and is viewed over a 128 Bit secure connection. This information can only be displayed within your account area and cannot be accessed or displayed outside the CMS area, unless you have the unique encryption key for your account. All data held complies with the data protection act.

Automated Reminders

From the 1st November 2008, we will be sending out automated reminders & invoices via email. All invoices will have a PDF file attached. Reminders for domain names will be issued starting at 60 days.

Recurring Payments (Subscription)

We are now offering a new payment system called WorldPay future. If you decided to use this service, your credit card / debit card will be automatically debited on the anniversary date for your product i.e domain names, hosting, etc, so you will no longer have to worry about renewing your domain names, hosting, support. as these would automatically be renewed for you. These details will be held with WorldPay and not with us. You will still be invoiced in advance, before any payment is taken.

NOTE: All services are 100% refundable accept for domain names.

Software licensing

We have also added an additional section to our Client Management System this will allow you to manage your software, which has been purchased from us. All information relating to your license can be found from within your account. We have also included a download section for valid software purchases. Full Versions / Upgrades will also be found here.

NOTE: Software purchased directly from our website, will now have an automatic license issued once payment has been received.

Software Support

From the 1st November 2008, we will no longer be offering free upgrades to our software. Software already purchased will still qualify for 12 months free upgrades and this will also apply to new software bought. Once the 12 months has expired and you still wish to receive software upgrades, you will have to purchase a renewal subscription.
